Prioritize the things that bring people together.
Empathetic curiosity is a trust accelerator.
The better you market, the less you have to sell.
Instead of hoping life will get easier, learn how to handle hard better.
If you don’t listen to feedback, life will teach you a familiar lesson.
The most meaningful way to succeed is to help other people succeed.
If they feel cared for, they will care more.
Just because someone carries it well, doesn’t mean it isn’t heavy.
Measure your wealth in time, not dollars.
Thanks to the incredible support from partners and sponsors, the Every Conversation Counts message was featured on Meeting Professionals International: WEC, IASB and FICP stages in San Francisco, Chicago and Boston respectively. Also, seeing the book published in Japan was a thrill.
On a personal level, 2022 was a powerful teacher on how to handle hard better. From saying goodbye to Mom, to transforming my relationship with food to reverse Type 2 Diabetes, this was a year of reminders of the importance of self-care.
